Great customer service from Tazz. I reserved a car all the way from Reading, I arrived today at 11am and the car was very clean for me to do my inspections. Extremely happy with the condition of the car and the time tazz took his time to help me understands all components of the car. Highly recommend and very trust worthy people here. Can’t wait to drive this new X5 to Ukraine.

Bought an used Mercedes e class from them, I have received the car in showroom quality. Everything about the car was perfect and clean. Provided excellent service and superb communication. Highly recommend buying from a car from them. Even at test driving they made sure I was comfortable with the car and ACTUALLY made me test the car properly before buying, unlike other dealers I have dealt with in the past.

Nice presentable high end cars sold from massive indoor unit and cars are in pristine condition and as described. The vehicle I bought had main dealer warranty and was as described if not better. Great experience, everything was very quick . Great support after sell. I don't usually give 5 stars on reviews but they deserve it. Big thumbs up for the boys . I even give me a discount to match the APR from my finance . Very happy and pleasure to do business with them. By the way I travel 3 hours to them and so didn’t been disappointed at all.

The guys at Farlan are superb. Gave me a great value for my Mercedes for Part Exchange and bought my pride and joy. I wasn't lied to on the phone like multiple other dealers to get my business. Told the cars condition and service history on the phone, exactly the same as described when I got there. Smooth and seamless process and I was out of there within the hour.
